4000 Hillsboro is a mixed-use community under development by Southern Land Company in partnership with Redwood Capital LLC. This project is located on a prime piece of land at Richard Jones Road and Hillsboro Pike in Green Hills, one of Nashville’s most desirable neighborhoods. 4000 Hillsboro falls under Green Hills’ Urban Design Overlay(UDO), which allows for the project to incorporate a 85,500-square-foot commercial space including office, restaurant and retail uses, as well as a 18-story, 310-unit residential tower.

In conjunction with the project, Southern Land Company is also investing in infrastructure improvements to Hillsboro Pike and Richard Jones Road in an attempt to reduce traffic in the neighborhood. Green Hills is situated midway between downtown Nashville and Brentwood/Franklin, giving residents a short commute in either direction.

Construction commenced in the summer of 2014, and is estimated to be complete in early 2018.
